"The "plow blade-to-snow" part of the work was fine. In fact, it was excellent, that is, once they got here. They apparently serve a large area, so timeliness in arrival was not always their strong suit. They were very honest about the amount billed per visit. My account included the next door neighbor's driveway as well. If one property or the other was already cleared by the time they got here, we were invoiced accordingly. I don't know of too many other contractors who would be inclined to be quite that honest about it! However, their invoicing practices suck, and after all, invoicing IS a major part of their total service package. This area of their service could stand to have a major, if not a complete makeover!"

After I tried calling 10 different contractors, Luis was the only one who was fair-priced, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about the job. "They worked on my front, back and side yards. They took off the original grass, added top soil, placed sod, installed new sprinkler system and planted some flowers. Overall, the highlight of this company is its people s gentle and respectful behavior when you are communicating with them; from the sales team to the lead member to the sprinkler installer to the owner. The final results were good. However, it took longer than anticipated due to some obstacles from miss dig, sudden broken equipment and lack of communication at times. I would strongly suggest requesting a tentative job date and not keep it open. Just have a date point of reference. It is possible that the workers may come without notifying you first. Overall pricing seemed reasonable. The team made sure to fix and complete everything that was requested and what needed to be done."
