"It is pretty unsettling when you allow a company to create a bunch of holes in your house to install replacement windows. You hope you can trust them to have restored the integrity of your home when they are finished. Sun Home Improvement provided quality replacements windows that were a huge improvement. But what really impressed me was how the company stood behind their product and services. Had two problems. A window had been broken in shipment. It happens. They contacted me and said they had already ordered a replacement to install as soon as it arrives. Second problem was the patio door had a flaw in the glass that was not easy to see but cracked several weeks after installation. I sent them a picture of the crack. They ordered a replacement door and installed it with no hassle. Problems happen. What you want is a company that makes it right when problems come up. Sun Home Improvement is a stand up company that stands behind their work."

"We had our New Roof installed by JK Home Imp. Extremely Pleasant experience! Andy (The Owner) came out for a Hassle Free Thourough Estimate that took approx 30 min.'s , unlike others we rec'd that Wasted 90 min.'s of our time. There Price was not the cheapest but was in the middle of the 4 Quotes we rec'd. Job was a Complete Tear Off and was completed in 1 Day !! I liked that they had a Dump Truck for removal vs a Dumpster or Trailer. Many ground Tarps were used to Protect our landscaping and clean up was performed with Many Roller Magnets. Could not even tell they were there upon Completion, WOW !! We are having them do our Siding and Gutters next. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND JK Home Imp. They did a GREAT Job. 5 out of 5 Stars !!!!"

"We had 180 contractors come out for a estimate and was blown away by how professional Ken was. Our old roof was only 9 years old and needed to be replaced plus the beam that was cracked that supported the roof. It was a bad situation because the people who did our roof before did a horrible job. We were left to deal with it. Ken explained the whole process and was honest with us from the start. 180 contractors made the situation 100 times better and we felt at ease. The crew came out and did the roof so quick! Coty was our project manager and he did such a wonderful job communicating with us! He answered all my questions and always got back to me! My husband and I were so impressed with the crew because they did such a wonderful job with the roof plus the cleanup they did after! What’s really cool is they take pictures while doing the roof. Nancy was so helpful with helping us with the loan we had to do. I would highly recommend 180 contractors!! Next time we have to do our siding we are calling them! Thank you so much!"

They did extra stuff that was above and beyond the scope of why they were here, including installing a new porch light that I had purchased! "Home Genius Exteriors is amazing! I have been impressed throughout the whole process with their high level of professionalism and depth of expertise. Every person I have met throughout my project has been a dream! I honestly believe they care as much about my home and doing what is best for me and my family as I do. I highly recommend! Long story about my incredible experience so far below: Our roof and siding were older, losing grit and fading, and we had lost some shingles in a storm. After having another company out that was okay/average, I did some research and read a ton of reviews. Home Genius Exteriors really stood out from the rest, so we decided to setup an appointment. Our Home Remodeling Expert was named John and he was the best! He did a complete and thorough inspection of our home inside and out (including using a drone). He even went up into our attic mid-summer to see what was going on under the roof. He then took us though all of the photos and videos and explained what was happening. He also listened to what we were hoping to improve. He provided multiple options and recommendations and answered all of our questions and concerns. Next thing I knew we were creating models of our actual home and toggling between different colors, styles, materials, etc. John was extremely patient as it took a while for us to get it dialed in just right. He wrote up our project, helped to find some discounts and areas we could save money to stay within our budget without compromising the end result we were now in love with. We decided to get a roof, siding, windows, patio door, and gutter replacement to completely makeover and modernize our home. The next day we were contacted by our Home Genius project coordinators Tiffany and Beth to schedule our roof install and to have a technician out to remeasure and confirm our windows/patio door order. I figured it would be a while to get on the schedule...They blew me away. Measurement appointment tomorrow and roof install the next day! Our measurement technician was named Frank and he arrived on time, took off his shoes without being asked (love that), and his attention to detail was impeccable. He even went as far as to reconfirm our order and to walk us through what to expect with the windows and patio door install. That afternoon Brandon, our Home Genius Project Manager for the roof install, called to introduce himself and provide a detailed timeline for the day of the install and to see if we had any questions. He also informed us when the dumpster and materials would arrive that evening. The next morning Brandon and the roofing installation crew showed up at 7:00 and began prepping our home, including hanging tarps from the roof to protect our landscaping and even moving all of our deck & patio furniture out into the yard for protection. Then the work really started - the crew was incredibly fast and efficient! They had all of the old roof off in less than 3hrs. By lunch they were done laying the new underlayment and starting to put on shingles. They worked non-stop. The roof was finished by 8:00 and what I really appreciate, is they spent almost an hour cleaning up the jobsite and even using magnets to make sure no nails were left behind in the grass or landscaping. Brandon was terrific throughout the project. He provided detailed explanations of what was happening, provided updates on timing and progress, answered all of our questions, and made sure that the installation was perfect. He even came by the next day to do a second final walkthrough to make sure nothing was missed since it was getting dark the night before. Roof looks amazing and we could not be happier! Can not wait for the next stages of our home transformation!"

"Initially I was not thinking about replacing my siding and gutters. A Power representative was in the neighborhood and stopped by to discuss the services Power provides. Boy I am glad that he did, I set up my appointment to have them came take a look at my current siding and gutters, needless to say pictures are truly worth a thousand words (some I cannot type in the forum). I was beyond appalled at the current state of the siding and gutters. After the pictures were taking I sat down with Fabiano (sales rep) to discuss my options. Please refer to the pictures for my selection. The price was more than reasonable and they do offer financing if needed. After I signed the contract, a few days later Brandon the Product Production Manager came out to discuss the project, the dates, and took more measurements for confirmation. The entire project (siding and gutters) took 4 days to complete and both teams did exquisite work. Carl who does the quality assurance came onsite to check on the project.
