"From start to finish the job was completed with attention to detail, on budget and on time. The trim installers (Chris and Danny) were fantastic. They took their time and cared for the project like it was their own house. It was a big project. I had all outside exposed wood covered in trim and/or vinyl soffit. I can't thank Sun Home enough. During the gutter installtion a small piece of the trim was dented and it wasn't a huge problem but the job was done so well that I asked for it to be replaced. This happended, by the way, when a second crew, not Chris and Danny installed the gutters. On final inspection I showed Dave ( saleperson and delightful man) and he said give him a few days and they would take care of it. Like clockwork, he sent Chris back out and took care of it. To Chris, Danny, Rob and Dave, I thank you all for a well-done project from start to finish. I highly recommend Sun Home!!"

In 2023, JK installed a new roof on the same home. They stripped 2 layers of roof and install the new roof in one day. They decided my chimney was too wide and needed a saddle which they constructed at no cost. In between my two jobs, I recommended JK to my daughter. They installed new siding and a roof. "This was a 18 month project from the start of my research to completion. Fred was one of my initial contacts. We were looking for maintenance free (or as little to do as possible) siding for our 3000 sq ft home. We had been researching both vinyl and hardie board. I had several companies quote both options. Fred was hands down the most helpful - sending multiple samples, multiple times... to our home for us to assess. He understood that you really need to see the product and colors live vs in a manual - and it might take some time for someone like me to find that special mix. There was never any pressure. He gave honest input and guidance based on his many prior projects (we did look at some of his prior work). We ultimately went with 2 types of vinyl siding (Certainteed driftwood blend and Foundry Colonial grey). Fred was not only competitive, but he had earned our trust and respect through the initial investigations. The appearance of the vinyl we selected was amazing and we expect it to be easier to maintain than the hardie (and a lower cost). His construction team, led by Chris, was very skilled and friendly. The craftsmanship was evident by the many "thumbs up" we received as boats passed our revitalized home on the lake. Chris was patient and thoughtful, listening and responding to all our concerns. Our project extended a bit longer than we all originally intended due to the pandemic. Material deliveries did not always go as planned (out of their control) - but the final product was so worth the wait. Fred was very responsive to my texts. Fred, Chris, Andre and the rest of the team have given our house a total transformation."

"They were the BEST, They did quit a lot of work on my home tore off all the singles replaced all the bad wood. Put new tar paper and put new vents in tore out all the old wet moldy insulation and replaced it and made everything like new at least 15 sheets of plywood and the new fiberglass paper. They did this all and even cleaned up after they did suck a great job I made them lunch."

"Initially I was not thinking about replacing my siding and gutters. A Power representative was in the neighborhood and stopped by to discuss the services Power provides. Boy I am glad that he did, I set up my appointment to have them came take a look at my current siding and gutters, needless to say pictures are truly worth a thousand words (some I cannot type in the forum). I was beyond appalled at the current state of the siding and gutters. After the pictures were taking I sat down with Fabiano (sales rep) to discuss my options. Please refer to the pictures for my selection. The price was more than reasonable and they do offer financing if needed. After I signed the contract, a few days later Brandon the Product Production Manager came out to discuss the project, the dates, and took more measurements for confirmation. The entire project (siding and gutters) took 4 days to complete and both teams did exquisite work. Carl who does the quality assurance came onsite to check on the project.
