"<p>They were very friendly and professional and only lightly teased me about my lawn mover driving. I had previously determined that they were cheaper than the other major suppliers in my area when they installed the previous $ 14,000 fencing.  As such, no estimate was required or needed to be approved and no down payment was needed for them to order parts, schedule and begin work. From our previous dealings they knew that I was willing to wait an additional two weeks for a normal factory delivery rather than special ship the needed fencing & parts.  They arranged for the fence opening to be temporarily closed with some existing fence I had so that my dog did not escape. They offered me the removed parts that, although not needed for this repair, were salvageable for future damage.  Without any prompting, they adjusted my gated for free. They left the work site in immaculate condition.  I continue to be very pleased with Trent Welch, his installers, their product and their business practices.</p> <br />"

"Sean is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is prompt in returning calls/emails. He is understandably busy because he does excellent work at a reasonable price, so call ahead. We first became acquainted with Sean when we were unexpectedly hosting a funeral reception for a large number of people. He was willing to accommodate our emergency time frame, power washed our home and decks perfectly and left our shrubs/plantings in perfect condition. Since then, he has washed that home a second time and today our new home which is larger and has odd peaks and gables with a large deck and privacy fence. Except that everything was perfectly clean, it was as if no had been there. We can highly recommend Sean, and will have him wash our home and deck annually going forward."

"The fence looks good and it was a fair price. The process was rough because of the close proximity to my neighbors house. I didn't give my neighbors enough notice about the work and it caused a great deal of strain on our relationship-- I own that. I explained the situation to Cedar Warriors and stressed that I needed to keep my neighbors aware of when they would be working on the fence; however, they did not communicate the details of their return. I found out when I returned home and they were packing up after finishing up the staining. Communication around color selection was also wonky. My experience could have been greatly improved with better communication even an FAQ; it all just felt too loosey goosey for me. <br />"

"Not as clean as I hoped for an Azec deck and lots of spotting. Bleach from spray also spotted nearby wooden fence but the Company came out and stained the spots to blend in. This company gets an A for customer service. They really tried to make things right just wish the cleaning was more consistent."

"The fence is great; It did take a while from the time I made my deposit to the time the began work... but is IS spring :) <br /> <br />When I looked at the finished fence, I notoced the gate spacing was not equal on both sides.They came back the next day and replaced the hinges with ones that better allowed them to set the correct distamces form the side posts. <br /> <br />All in all... great product, professional and friendly crew. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I had considered trying to do this job myself (well having my step-father do it), but after seeing a video review of the strength of the various "DIY" polls vs. the Protect-A-Child fence I decided to try and find a vendor to install it. I came across Susan and Jeff and am so happy that I did. They were really easy to communicate with, and offered some great suggestions that ended up changing the way we wanted to have the fence configured. Jeff came and had it installed in a half day, connecting up against an existing fence. Really happy we went with this company, any extra money over what a DIY version would have cost was certainly saved in stress and time."
