"In the beginning of July 2012, Dave gave us the best estimate that we had received. He described how Groundhog Landscaping would come in remove all the moss, bring in a considerable amount of loam, re-sculp the area and apply hydro-seed to the entire 5,000 sq ft area. During our initial meeting Dave asked when we would like the project to be done. We decided on September 1. On August 28 Paul, the truck driver, and Ray, the landscaper and bobcat operator started the project. I must say watching the workman from Groundhog Landscaping was like watching poetry in motion. Their performance from start to finish far exceeded our expectations. On August 30, Paul and Ray returned and sprayed the entire area with hydro-seed. We really didn't know what to expect. Paul told us to keep it damp and apply a starter fertilizer in 14 days and then another application of starter fertilizer 30 days from then. So here we are on Sept 11, 15 days after the project began, and we have mowed the lawn for the first time. The lawn is absolutely beautiful and we have everyone at Groundhog Landscaping to thank for a fabulous job. Everyone was very professional, polite and courteous.
