Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Norton, MA

"Beantown was really great to work with. We had all old shingles, tar paper and trim removed and had a window replaced. The new window was slightly bigger then the old one. It was no problem for the crew to install. The crews were punctual, respectful, knowledgeable and responsible. All old exterior siding was stripped, any rot found was dealt with, cleaned up at the end of each day. There was rot directly under the front door. The far corner of garage had massive rotting from years worth of small animals and ants. They were able to repair all areas without any problem. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The materials were, are of great quality. They applied for and got the work permit from the town. They arranged for a dumpster to be delivered. Arranged for an electrician to come and remove exterior lights, meter and cables from house. We were told what and when things were going to happen. They have an attention to detail. The work included: Shingles, trim boards, tar paper, all nails pulled, wrapped entire house & detached garage in 2 different wraps, installed the new window, new siding & trim on both , new dryer and bathroom vent covers, new gutters and downspouts. They also boxed in the metal chimney pipe. Electrician came back and re attached meter, cables, etc to house. They also put up new lights we had picked out.The job was started on a Tuesday. Everything was completed 7 business days later. Our house went from the ugliest in the neighborhood to the most beautiful. We are still in awe of how nice it came out. We will not hesitate to call them again. Sincerely, Keith & Jo Beadling"

"David Faraone is a wonderful professional to work with. I am a person who asks lots of questions and was concerned that my insurance company was fully informed. David Faraone was always very responsive. We loved the job they did replacing our roof . The crew also did an amazing job cleaning up after the job. Thanks to David Faraone we were awarded a full re-siding of the house instead of the initial offer of one side with new siding and repairs to another side. Five stars to Cedar Valley Exteriors!"

"Sales team is great and helps put you at ease through the process. Customer service and resolution to issues is painstaking!! No communication between sales rep and construction crew. When inquiries or communication needed the sales guy would just state-"tell the crew". For the money spent we did not want to "tell the crew" anything and expected sales guy to rise to the occasion since he wrote up bid and was in our home helping going through details of the job...Our air conditioning line was cut killing our air conditioner on the hottest day of summer in July 2016. We got an apology after calling customer service for over a week. Finally emailed sales guy copies and was going to take care of it....Kept up with customer service and providing copy of receipt and inquiries for status took weeks. Received reimbursement for the cut line for AC in December 2016. Rain this last week was beautiful. Our gutters for a year leak and are worst than the ones on the house for 20 years we replaced. Disappointed with the gutters and tons of regret. Roof is beautiful and seems to do what it needs to! Hoping if ever need to use the warranty it won't be as painful an experience as it was to get things done in other areas."

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement."

"Robert Evan's contracting did an amazing job replacing my rubber roof. Great communication and excellent crew of workers. My project was completed fast and sufficiently. Highly recommend calling this company if you need roofing"

"While they were not able to do this particular job, the representative who came out (Jose) was on time, professional and thorough. He gave me some tips and even flew his drone up to get a close look at the needed repairs on the chimney. I would definitely consider them for future roofing/siding needs."

"Serpa Home Improvement installed vinyl siding, replaced 6 windows, gutters and they did an outstanding job. The quote was fair, Ronaldo was always available and responded quickly to all of my questions, and the crew was hard working and meticulous. I’ve received several complements about how nice the house looks with new siding. Overall it was a great experience and I’m extremely happy with the final results."

"They were very professional, came on time and left work site clean every day. After seeing how great their work was on the siding we hired them to refurbish and paint a large deck and a fence around hot tub. Highly recommended."

"Roldolfo responded very quickly and was able to accommodate our immediate timeline. He was always on time, very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. His skim-coating around two newly installed windows was terrific, and he was kind enough to repair a few additional anchor holes we added after he had begun. That being said, my husband and I fixed several deficiencies with the painting we only noticed after he had left. In a few places, it looked like only one coat of paint was used on the walls and the trim, as a few spotty areas still showed some of the plain white primer underneath – as if the rollers were not sufficiently loaded with paint. It produced a slightly splotchy, uneven appearance close up. We touched up some drips on the radiators too. Once we added another coat of paint ourselves, in specific places, it looks beautiful. My husband and I wanted the job finished ASAP so we could put all the furniture back, so we did it ourselves...although based on his responsiveness Rodolfo would likely have offered to fix the problem areas if we had requested it. Personally I would not hire them again, but if you need a job done very quickly, he’s capable."

"I was very pleased a few years ago when he put new siding on my home, and how well it looked after he was done,. It was much warmer during the winter He was the only one I called last week when I needed a new roof on my home, I was more than happy with his fast response and the crew he had who did the job in one day. They were more than professional and fast. They left the area around my home spotless and the roof looks great . I would recommend Jeff Willette to anyone . His crews and work ethics are very good. He stands behind his work."
