"I had used their services to grind a stump when I moved into my home in 1997. I never saw them at that time. I made all the arrangements over the phone, the job was done, I paid and that was that. Since then, I've been doing all my own yard work, but needed some serious work done this year. I called a tree service that my neighbor uses and got an outrageous price estimate plus they were going to leave it to me to clean up the debris they created. Then I remembered D&L. Don came and gave me a much lower estimate for cutting down my dogwood, including clean-up, so I hired him on the spot with a hand shake. He did the work as promised (again, I wasn't home, but they were great... If my tree hadn't been missing, I wouldn't have known they were there). I was so impressed that I called again to have my pruning work done. Again, a job well done and well cleaned up, all for a very reasonable price. The only negative was that it took him quite a few weeks to get back to me about the pruning work. I had to call him a couple of times to remind him that I still wanted the work done. But it got done and I'm very happy with the result. I will use them again."
