"Bill was the ultimate professional from the 1st phone contact till the job was done. He explained everything he could/would do and was honest about problem areas that might not get as clean. He measured the areas to be cleaned (no moving furniture) and carefully explained 3 different pricing options. With 2 dogs (and their "accidents") I was totally amazed with the quality of work! He was respectful of my furniture and went above & beyond in some areas. I would absolutely recommend this company! Very very happy from start to finish. You won't go wrong with Bill!"

"They arrived on time, were very friendly and professional. Did a walk through and reviewed preliminary phone quote. With some slight modification of initial scope, the quote was adjusted and approved. Work was done within a reasonable timeline. Results were very good. We appreciated the care taken to do a good job including detailed explanation of process, drying time, etc. We would recommend them and use them again."
