Joe does not care about customers and a lot of old customers feel the same way. Update as of 08/19/2025 Manage property and update me with repairs, tenants, and maintenance. 0 updates for 5 months costing me thousands. Joe and his team are completely unresponsive and filled with non sense and lies. For 5 months they have kept me in the dark after requesting multiple updates. Instead, they chose to ignore my property and my requests and constantly put me on the sidelines. Other clients have felt the same way. They have have a 2 star rating on Google from other clients who had a similar experience as well."
