"Fantastic experience with ABS. I’m embarrassed to say when they told me Colleen would be out to measure, I thought , a girl ??!! Total projection since I can’t even measure a rug. She really knows her stuff ! Had great ideas and was completely understanding of keeping my little terror dog from having any slack to start to dig. As you can see my land is hilly and they got this right to the ground. Perfect ! I was also concerned about keeping the view. Colleen explained a 4 foot fence would take care of this. She also encouraged me to sit on the deck with someone holding a measuring stick to be sure it wouldn’t impact the view. I love the way she thinks and communicates! Every-time I had a question she had the answer. She explained things in a way that wasn’t condescending or showed annoyance. I think I was annoying lol. I would’ve wanted to tell me to shut up. The guys who showed up worked nonstop. It was pouring rain and they didn’t care. I told them they could come on a better day but they kept plugging away. I am so impressed with this entire crew , including the excellent communication of the office staff ! Customer service is alive and well on the Cape. Just call ABS fence. You’re welcome !"

"Ed came out to give me a bid. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and made some good suggestions as to how to do it. When I later wanted to use a different wood which was harder to find, he went to the trouble of sourcing and providing it for me. His crew, consisting of the foreman (Ed's son) and two other men, arrived on time and went over everything with me first. They then worked diligently digging the holes to the appropriate depth for the posts and setting them to get the fence exactly as high as specified. They checked their work, made some good suggestion about dealing with a parking area and other obstructions in my yard, and made some minor changes as I asked them to. When finished, they asked me to take a look to make sure I was satisfied before they left. I've had quite a few fences put up in the past, and this is by far the best experience I've had. Usually, fencers just want to get the job done as quickly as possible and don't care how it turns out. I literally was astounded by the fact that these guys really care about doing a good job. "I received quotes for three different options - the cedar fence, an alternative in vinyl, and a repair of the broken fence. The sales guy was very easy to get hold of and provided the quotes promptly. I went with the cedar and it was installed in two days. For some reason, the old fence posts had been sunk in concrete, and all the concrete had to be removed. The yard was cleaned up both days, and the fence came out really nice. <br> <br>18 months later, the fence still looks good."

"The fence was fine, but many years after the install I attempted to fix an issue that I assumed was caused buy the ground settling, I discovered what in my opinion was a **** poor installation. I had mistakenly assumed that all of the posts for the vinyl fence would have been installed and set in concrete BELOW frost level. When I started to work on the issue of the corner of the fence sagging I discovered that the corner post was cut off 1 inch below ground level and not set in cement which i paid for. After a few years of struggling with the fence gate I discovered the issue with the poorly installed corner post. So, I called Sweezy fence in Whitman mass to report the issue I got a response that I would hope other customers don't get. " Bla Bla Bla - we've been in business for 50 years, and this isn't our mistake". I fixed the issue with a days worth of labor, but wasn't happy with the shoddy installation of the corner post. Look at the attached picture and ask if this is how you would like your fence to look."

"National Fence was amazing. I called in the AM for and estimate on repairing my cedar wood fence. They came out to my home within two hours, gave me an estimate and repaired the fence THAT DAY!!!! I couldn't believe it. Normally it takes weeks or months to schedule work. They crew couldn't have been nicer. They did exactly what they said they would and the workmanship was great.
