They looked everything over, informed us that one chimney needed to be cleaned but the other did not, and some of the brick work was loose on the fireplace floor. I also requested a chimney cap and they suggested strengthening part of the chimney before installing. They provided an estimate within 24 hours and came out about a week later to do the work.
