When I questioned the amount of base gravel in one spot was low they ignored me and guess what.....That's where the pad cracked one year later. Finally after 6 months of trying to reach them (had to involve the BBB) to give me a estimate to repair the crack, they respond with a $150 charge for a $10 tube of caulk to install. My advise...go ahead and call them. Their prices are good but remember you get what you pay for. I would never recommend them to anyone. Shop around....There are a lot of good contractors who stand by their work after the job is done. Starkrete is not one of them!!!"
