"I was impressed that Jason went out to the building site on Sunday, and then checked the size of the boulders.  Not many contractors give up part of a Sunday to determine whether the size of the boulders is appropriate.  Early Monday morning he called that he connected with another boulder/stone company who could deliver on Thursday.  He and his crew did a beautiful job putting the retaining wall up.  I was disappointed that the landscaping around the wall and driveway were not levelled out better before they left.

They removed a large number of unruly bushes and trees, cleared out all the river rock and oversized stones, and completely transformed our landscaping. They also poured beautiful new concrete steps leading to our front door with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. They also installed a buried drainage pipe to divert water away from our foundation, which has already helped with basement flooding due to our high water table. "The price was fair. When they originally came to do it, there was not enough road gravel down so we had to have the other guy come back and redo that. We kept getting a promise date and then they wouldn't show. It took a while to get them back so we were a little disappointed with them. We couldn't reach them. We would leave messages and they wouldn't call back. Since we missed our first opportunity, then we got pushed back and they took care of the other places. They should have responded and let us know. When they finally did come the crew was great and the finished product was good. The pricing was in the ballpark. This was set up through our contractor. They did finally come when they said but it took 3 times. We might look for somebody else in the future."
