"Team along with company owner arrived early and covered shrubs and grass around house with tarps, parked dump trailer in driveway for trash. Multiple guys on roof stripping off shingles and two guys on ground cleaning up as they worked. Roof underpayment and drip edge was on before lunch. With only about three and a half hours of daylight left, 9 guys all went to work on laying 30 squares of shingles, ridge vent and caps finishing the job in one day. Yard was cleaned up and nails were removed with a magnet, yard was left just as they found it. Evan’s Roofing team was experienced and very professional, using quality Owings Corning roofing products to complete the job. This is the second roof they have done for my family this year and they will be doing two more family houses in the spring. Definitely would recommend Evans Quality Roofing to anyone needing.a new roof or roof repair."

"John the owner was honest upfront and detailed. He could’ve oversold me on expensive shingles but he advised the best bang for the buck was the middle selection. A few extras were thrown in with no charge. As if that wasn’t good enough the price was almost half of what brothers roofing wanted for the same work. His workers were courteous and clean the property including nails with this magnetic device. I could not be happier. I will be recommending him to friends,neighbors and family."

"This was a great experience. Arrived on time and began right away to strip off the old roof. The crew was extremely efficient. They applied the new roofing materials expertly. When finished they cleaned up the entire site and it looked like no one had been there. I cannot praise them enough for the fantastic job they did. I would hire this company again in an instant. "This company was wonderful to work with right from the beginning (initially contacted through Angie's list on 8/15/14, estimate performed on 9/03/14, and work completed on 9/10/14).   There were a few hiccups in initial scheduling, but part of that was our fault (we weren't paying attention to the voicemail message providing us with a different phone number to call because they were having phone issues in the office).  Every single person we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.  They made us feel at ease about the work we were getting done.  <br /> Horizon's quality of work is excellent!  I realize that only time will tell, but so far we've had a couple of very heavy rains since the work was performed an no leaking has occurred.   The aluminum coating they put on the roof looks fantastic - and there are no paint splatters anywhere on the house from the coating.   The guys did a marvelous job of cleaning up after themselves too - we couldn't even tell they were here.  Most contractors I've dealt with, including other roofers, leave behind a giant mess to clean up - and worse, they leave nails behind for people to step on or drive over with their tires (why do contractors do that?)...   anyway, you don't have to worry about any of that with Horizon.  <br /> We are relieved to have a roofing company that is so experienced with flat roofs in Baltimore City.  Horizon Roofing, Inc. will be our permanent go-to company if/when we have any roofing issues in the future.   It is so wonderfully refreshing to receive such top notch, quality service that you can trust!  <br /> <br />"

"Generally I was pleased with the performance of the company and the quality of the job, although I did experience some frustration. Although the weather report for the day showed a very low chance of rain, a massive freak rain storm occurred while the company was performing the job. At the time the storm occurred, they had removed the roof from my house, and had not installed the new roof. As a result, the interior of my house was exposed. I had a fair amount of water damage as a result. The company owner, Terry, was not on site during the job (which is pretty standard practice, per my research), but he came over immediately upon hearing about the situation. He took a look at the damage and agreed that his company should cover the cost of having the damage repaired. Terry found a local contractor to do the work. The quality of the repair work was great, and I am pleased with the repairs. It is worth noting that it took over a month to have the damage completely repaired. I was out of town on vacation for a week during this time, but I still would of liked to have the situation resolved a little faster. Overall, I do believe that other roofing companies would not have been as willing or cooperative to resolve this situation. The roof looks good and hasn't given me any problems so far. Dry Tech also offered a much better warranty on the labor than other contractors that considered. The price was fair, but not the cheapest I found. They seemed to replace a reasonable amount of wood roof decking, as well, so they didn't gouge me there. They charged 5 dollars a liner foot for 6 inch wide roof decking, and 10 dollar a liner foot for 12 inch wide decking. Turns out my house has 8 inch wide decking, so they had to use the 12 inch wide boards for most of the job, and charge me 10 dollars per foot. Other companies that I priced were cheaper in this regard. Overall, I was mostly pleased with my experience with Dry Tech."

"Had a leak, replaced roof at their suggestion. Service was prompt. <br /> <br /> Misgiving is that I contacted him today regarding a leak in the same spot. Was told they're no longer in the area and that the roof is not under warranty. I find this puzzling because I see recent reviews here for the provider so I would have thought they'd at least come by and taken a look. <br />"

"It was great to deal with Premier Roofing and the owner was very responsive to clarifying questions we had, particularly related to the different vent system we chose to have installed. He stopped by during and following the installations, personally inspecting to make sure things met his standards. There was one minor issue, which he personally was easily able to resolve. It was a pleasure dealing with such a professional, who definitely placed importance on customer satisfaction from start to finish."
