"Joe and his team did an exceptional job helping us integrate multiple projects in our basement and the results were outstanding! We had to have our existing partially finished basement demolished so we could have french drains and a sump system put in, as well as a geothermal heating/cooling installation accomplished, after having an existing oil burning furnace and radiant heating system removed. The basement restoral project included plumbing and sink replacement, electrical and lighting efficiency upgrades, framing and drywall replacement, door replacements, flooring replacement, and a few decorative additions to give the space some character. "Everything about Dimitri's company is the absolute best. Dimitri and his sons and employees are very knowledgeable, hard-working, respectful and they did a fabulous job with my bathroom. This bathroom had been previously gutted by someone else so everything in there had to be done. New plumbing and electrics had to be installed as well as new tiles on the floor and on the walls. They put in a new shower, toilet and vanity -and now I have the most gorgeous bathroom, I love it. The men always arrived when they said they would; they are very friendly and kind as well as being courteous. This is a family business and Dimitri and his sons all work together, to get the job done. These guys are truly professionals. Dimitri, his sons and family have a wide knowledge of renovations and a wide range of skills.
