"The installation process itself was efficient, quick, and professional. The Long Roofing customer service representative kept us apprised of the work and installation, and promised to come and review the finished work. However, after installation, they never followed up their own work! For example, one day after installation, the new faucet came out of its socket, and we didnâ t know what to do. I communicated with the customer service person whom I had communicated to PRIOR to installation about this problem, but he never even bothered to communicate back!!! Itâ s almost as if, after installation, and Long Roofing had gotten paid, they ghosted us as a customer!!! No follow up, no response to questions about the dislocated faucet, for example, NOTHING. This is sad because we love the new shower, but we were told that Long Baths will follow up and attend to all our concerns post-installation. But it seems after getting paid, they donâ t care about their customers any longer, which is sad! Before installation, the customer representative even bragged about how their work has a warranty of â 50 yearsâ ! But if they canâ t follow up on their own work within 48 hours of completion, how will they guarantee it for â 50 yearsâ ?!?! Very poor treatment of customers. Sad indeedâ ¦"

"All Weather Exteriors did an amazing job in replacing the roof of our house. Their prices were competitive comparing to other quotes we solicited but the main differentiators were the customer service level from the sale person to the project manager to the installers which were all exceptional. The installers were proficient, showed great teamwork, completed the roof, a gazebo and a large shed in 2 days. They did a great job in protecting our house from damages while performing the job as they promised and did a great job in cleaning up after each night and at the end of the project. We were extremely pleased overall with how well the project went, with how our new roof looks, how professional All Weather Exteriors were throughout the process. We were impressed with the attentiveness and oversight including having the owner of the company to come out at the end to inspect the quality of the work of his employees. "Mike and the team at Superior Siding were referred to me by a neighbor (the same neighbor who recommended my plumber, dentist, and favorite restaurants in town!). And I’m so glad I went with them. I received 4 quotes, and Superior Siding’s was by far the most thorough and competitively priced. They had also recently completed a siding project on a house up the street, so I was able to watch that job from start to finish and see the quality of their work firsthand. Our home had some very strange siding from the 1970s which apparently the woodpeckers loved! On top of that, we had certain places that leaked during heavy rain. Superior Siding took care of all of it, replacing rotten wood, addressing problem areas, and helping to make sure water was being directed properly to prevent future wet spots and rot. "We had them do siding and windows on our house. Its approx. 20x60 with additions. They did 13 windows that have a LT transferable warranty. The siding included a whole house vapor barrier wrap (at our request) then they installed insulated siding. Everything went smoothly, very courteous, and professional. They cleaned up the job site daily, and kept it relatively clean throughout the day. Everything was completed on time, and we were informed of any issues that did arise.
