G&R stained the entire deck by hand (including the lattice work). Gave me a good price and stayed with that price. The deck was 35 years old, but you couldn't tell by looking at it now. "Steve Rich responded to my Sunday email quote request the same day and arranged for a property survey the next morning. Despite the fact that the DOB had no record of a tank being removed, the survey showed no tank present on my property. As follow up, soil samples were taken at the tank "grave' and a report (fortunately clean) was completed and submitted to the DOB. All taken care of within a week. My home insurance was reinstated before the insurance company's deadline to remedy their objection. Steve and his staff were very communicative and helpful throughout the process.
