"I was unable on my own to determine what was causing my once lush green zoysia lawn to brown along the edges. Lawn Doctor professionals came out within 2 days of calling, diagnosed a billbug insect problem and treated the same day. Significant damage had already been done but the lawn is well on the road to recovery. I followed up with a full yard weed treatment and my lawn has never looked better. It will take time to see if the dead edges come back or if I will need to plug or sod but I will keep Lawn Doctor throughout the process."

"<p>Basile cut my lawn every week.  They were prompt, dependable and always did an excellent job with all trimmings cleaned up.  If for some reason I needed them to skip a week (new grass) it was easy to just send an email and the schedule was immediately adjusted with consistent communication about the change.  </p> <p>I also had them install metal edging on two garden beds. Installation was clean, secure and as planned.  (I laid out the string as a guide.)  I was disappointed that on this job, while the edging was installed properly, there was no attempt to clear the surface of grass within the edging.  For the $400, they did what I would consider the minimum necessary to complete it.....but I had to go back later and finish the surrounding area.</p> <p>I will use their service again next summer for the lawn.  Good response and customer service attitude from everyone in the company.  </p> . <br />"

"Kevin came out to give us an estimate and discuss our needs the day after we called, and was friendly and knowledgeable. The team from K&S did a great job removing our existing lawn, regrading the area, installing new sod, and completely cleaning up the area all in one day - and right before a couple days of rain, exactly as we'd hoped for. It did take some time to get the job scheduled due to having to wait for a locator to mark up the site; if there's any nitpick to be had, it's that we would have liked to be kept more in the loop without needing to call K&S for updates. The new sod was also a bit on the yellowish side, but that should take care of itself as the grass takes root. All in all, we were very happy with the job and will definitely hire them in the future."

"When I call to ask questions, they are very responsive. Either the owner or one of the guys tries to answer my questions over the phone and if they don't know what I'm talking about, they will come and look at it. They are very customer oriented. I feel that even though they are part of a national organization, they seem to behave like local people. When I call, it is very obvious that these people own the business. If you own the business, you have a different attitude than if you are an employee. Because they own it, they are very responsive to their customers."
