"Robert was a pleasure to work with and gave me a great deal compared to two other competitors. His team did a great job too, against adversity, and finished the job in just two days as promised. First, they discovered that my sheathing was rotting due to high moisture and poor ventilation in the attic of my 26yr old home. They successfully replaced 55 sheets of 1/2" plywood, without hesitation, after my approval, to keep the job on track. Better even yet, they resolved the sources of the moisture and lack of ventilation to ensure that it doesn't happen again. Second, at the start of the 2nd day, their ladder hoist broke down, which I expected to halt work (not getting heavy packages of shingles to the roof). But, instead of a delay, the team members just carried them up the ladder manually to get the job done on time. You don't see that kind of commitment very often in this new world order. "The $500 included the Big Deal I purchased for 4 hrs of work for $150.  Titan construction called immediately after my purchase and were very professional.  The work was scheduled for a few days later.  We have a wood shed that is always being intruded upon by squirrels.  They wrapped the soffit and fascia with matching aluminum and also spliced a wood piece to the existing chewed wood.  Derek and his helper were great.  Very punctual and professional.  Considering they were working outdoors in 90 degree heat and humidity I was very pleased with the finished job.  They also attached new quarter round molding around the garage door that was coming undone.  Afterword they painted around the door.  I would certainly recommend them and used them again if the opportunity presents itself.

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."
