"We needed a new roof including new sheeting. Our roof was a 23 year old composite roof with 3/8" sheeting. We received 3 bids from different roofing companies. All of the bids came in within a few hundred dollars of each other. We decided to go with A Better Roofing Company because of reviews, their history in the area dating back to 1991, and the professionalism of Daniel who wrote up the estimate. We received the estimate in October 2018 and the job was completed in December 2018. Scheduling was a difficult because of the rainy days. The crew started on a friday and finished on sunday. The crew worked right thru until the job was done. When i had my extimate done i had choosen white flashing around the roof to match the facia board. The crew mistakenly installed dark flashing that matched the black roof we choose. When I did the walk through after the job was completed with Michael right before Christmas i pointed that out. He immediately said they would come out and replace it with the correct flashing. Since Christmas was a few days away I related to Michael that they could come out anytime after Christmas, no hurry. The next day when i got home from work it was all replaced. That was being responsive! The roof is beautiful and solid. I would recommend A Better Roofing Company to everyone."

As we were replacing a clay tile roof with asphalt shingles, Eugene & team did a great job covering up some of the tan lines the old tile roof left on our paint. The reason for the quality ding: There was an issue with air flow to the roof we discovered years later and Eugene has been very responsive to help get the roof air flow dialed in appropriately. Once the air flow update is finished I will be sure to increase the quality score up by a star or two. He's a great friendly and timely roofer who I'd recommend for anybody in the area."

"We were very pleased with the tear-off and new roof done by Forever Roofing on our house in North Seattle in mid-June of 2020. The estimator Sam contacted us the next day after I left a message and came by within several days and gave us what I felt was a reasonable estimate that included several other requests including removal of a no-longer used chimney and replacing about 20 feet of facial board that was too high for me to replace safely. The crew was great. They were able to utilize the one corner of the house that didn't have plantings for their work area. They completed the job in two days and the gutters were installed on the third day. They were very careful in their clean-up. I would not hesitate to recommend Forever Roofing for their response time and the quality of the workmanship."

"We highly recommend Northern Pacific Exteriors for the quality workmanship, attention to detail, follow-through, and daily cleanup they did replacing our old wood shake roof with top-quality composition shingles. Our roof is complicated and has a steep pitch that made the work difficult and required extra care to flashing around chimneys, pipes, and valleys between sections. At the end of each day the workers cleaned up all old materials and used a magnet to pickup nails and staples. The quality of work was excellent in every detail. Especially appreciated was the friendly and quick response of the NPE office to all of our questions and concerns."

Look, paying for a new roof is no one's idea of fun, but over time the peace of mind that will come with our new 40-year roof will likely be worth. We got a total of 3 quotes, and Icon's quote basically "tied" another company's from a financial perspective, but I felt more comfortable with Icon because I could tell Caleb would take good care of us. I was right -- Caleb took great care of us throughout the process, checking on the project's progress almost every day. Our project did take longer than expected -- originally expected for 4 or 5 days but it took 9, due to some rainy/windy weather and fewer subs showing up to our project each day than expected. "NWPM was a subcontractor for a bathroom remodel. They were prompt and responsive -- they showed up when they said they would, and did good work. They installed a subfloor, vanity, toilet, shower door, and an exhaust fan with necessary conduit. I don't know about their pricing because they were a subcontractor, but I would hire them based on their responsiveness and the quality of the work performed."
