"My husband and I rarely find contractors or handymen that meet our high expectations. Hiring Precision Construction & Painting was the best choice we ve ever made to do projects around our home. Dmitri only uses the best equipment, products & tools, making sure his work meets his own high standards. We were so impressed that his keen eye picked up things that our original builder failed to do on our home. This young man is completely trustworthy, polite and honest. We initially had him fix a poorly installed storm door and paint the damaged area. Then we hired him to paint our deck. His work ethic is impeccable. We are now going to hire him to fix our siding which is warping and then do some tile repair work. Dmitri is a gifted man who truly cares about his reputation and quality of work. And his work for us reflects that very well. Do not hesitate hiring Dmitri. Precision Construction & Painting is worth every cent paid and then some! Randall and Karen F."

"David replaced our exterior cedar deck with Deckorators composite decking and completely rebuilt our glass and cedar rails and also rebuilt a stairway from the deck to grade. The work was beautifully completed within a short time frame. David was keen to detect and implement needed structural repairs and leveling prior to starting the new work. David has a good aesthetic eye {ability to recommend alternative solutions} as well as providing quality, percise work. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend his work."

"Leo and his team did a great job on our new deck. Very professional and accessible (always responded immediately to calls and emails). Used creative ideas and worked with my ideas also. Much appreciated. Would definitely hire them again for any future projects."

"Dan was great at emailing or texting me back right away whenever I contacted him. They were the 4th quote I got for my backyard, side, and front yard fences and the best price. I was super happy with the work done and the friendly workers."

"Timely, hard working and great to work with!"

"Arrived earlier than promised and performed the work promptly and without any fuss. Did a good job."

"We are senior homeowners who need help with odd maintenance and moving jobs. Jose contacted me immediately when I asked for a quote - some of the other contacts never got in touch. He came to our home that day to see what we needed and assess the need - and then he patiently waited two weeks to do it, rescheduled because we were ill. When we finally did meet, he did an excellent job in a very short time. We are already talking to him about another job. If you need someone with good skills and a great work ethic to help you with essential jobs you can no longer do, call Jose."

"We had a great experience with Gaspar Services. They did excellent work on our home repairs, were professional, efficient, and left everything clean. Very happy with the results and would definitely hire them again!"
