"Todd installed three new interior/exterior doors for us. Two of which are steel and fire rated, and the third is a larger, entryway door, with sidelights. All of the doors look beautiful, they open and close perfectly, and the air leaking we had with our old doors, is gone! Thank you, Todd! If you are looking for a door or window installer, you will find Todd to be professional, as well as very knowledgeable about, and experienced in this work. He even explained to me what he was doing at each step, so I could see and understand his process of installation, including sealing the door into the frame, and maximizing the insulation around it. He was also very thorough in discussing lock options for our doors, and helping me choose the most secure locks for our home. I'm glad we hired Todd, and we feel so much warmer and more secure in our home because of his help. "

"Jose did wonderful cabinetry work for us, refacing the doors on a built in wardrobe, building a new attached bookshelf unit, and combining them seamlessly. He was very communicative, flexible, and responsive. Would definitely recommend."

We knew he had a full time job when we hired him, but we?re told he mostly worked from home and would have time for the project. "I contacted him on the Next door App to replace an exterior storm door. He came on October 29 or so and put in the door. The door wasnt long enough so, I he had to order a piece and I had to give him an extra $53. He said hed come back on Monday or whenever the piece came to caulk the door everything else its now January 2. He never came back with the piece. He never came back to caulk the door. Hes not responding to m. as of December 6., he said the part was coming in a couple days and he would contact me to finish the job and never did and now hes not answering any phone calls or text messages. Never got a receipt any type of paperwork anything cause he was supposed to come back and caulk the door and finish with the PC ordered. I have text message from him the whole time saying he ordered the piece showing me. It was taking some time to get here that he is gonna come back and finish in nothing. "

"We are very happy with the work product of the privacy fence built on my garage deck. The privacy fence matches the other sections of the fence that already exist which was the goal. It did take a couple calls to get a start date after a period of not hearing anything since the deposit was paid. In addition, once the work was complete, I was sent an updated invoice and was told it was due to the increased cost of lumber since the estimate. There was a lumber charge which was reasonable and the estimate did say the cost could change. What I didn’t appreciate was that an additional charge of added for labor for an assistant that was not included in the original estimate or discussed prior to work starting. The company removed the fee without argument when questioned. If I hadn’t compared the new invoice to the estimate and questioned it, I would have thought it was the lumber charge. My recommendation is to be a smart consumer and be sure to compare the estimate with the final invoice."
