"We had the aging cement board siding on our house painted with dark grey. We had a very large area to paint. Single thick coat looks real good. Workers first washed house down. After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ. "Acquired home on Cape and wanted to make "maintenance free" exterior. I had done professional apartment building replacements(windows, doors, roofing, and interiors) with Cypress, and new their quality and pricing fairness. It was inter "shoulder season" and they found a week and completed the project (plus I added a couple of more doors). Used Harvey products (my preferred)..no glitches or callbacks....and did nice job cleaning up,...no nails, shards etc. Cypress (Bob Lud) also did work on brownstone and multi family rentals, on historic windows, doors, roofs etc...did fine work....needed some help with govt contract paperwork, but we eventually got that perfect to."

"We hired New Tile for two separate bathroom projects in our home. The first being a Kids Bathroom remodel which included gutting the existing bath floor and removing the tub surround. New Tile prepared the walls and floors and installed tiles around our tub and on an accent wall as well as tile on the bathroom floor. Our second project was our Master Bath addition where we converted a second walk in closet to a bathroom. The New Tile team helped us decide on what materials to use and also provided a job well done in there.
