"I rated them 5 because there wasn't a 10 available. They were the nicest people we have ever met. They became like a part of the family after 1 -1/2 days at our house. The guy who put in our air conditioning unit did a horrible job which caused the air/heat vents to fill up with water during a terrible rain. My husband and I were using a pump to pump the water out of the vents at 32 gallons a minute. I could hear every vent in every room gurgling water. I called they came the next day and repaired everything to awesomeness . We saw pictures before they cleaned the vents and after. Before was full of mud and rainwater, molded and stinky. When they finished they took pictures again and all I saw was shine. They even repaired the damage done by the man who installed it.....Actually he just set it close to to the house and taped up the rest with duct tape. Timothy tore all that out and rebuilt the system to be put in properly. Can't wait to see our utility bill I know it will be lower. HIRE THEM. DON'T WORRY. YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS."

"Tech was ate to appointment , even though I stated clearly when making appointment that I would not be able to make the appointment at the time the tech showed up. The office said he was on his way at the scheduled time and the tech told me, he was not told i was to be his first stop. So, no one took responsibility for the 2_ hour late start. Received a quote then once job was almost done, tech stated more needed to be done and it would be an additional charge. I had to leave for my appointment without my husband and drive over an hour alone because of this. Dropped and left ash on patio outside without cleaning up. Yes, my Chimney is cleaned, and the process was frustrating and nerve wracking."

"No heat coming from A/C unit. Called C/S and left voicemail and within 20 minutes received call back. Service Tech was on a call and will call me back to give me ETA. Sean called 15 minutes later to let me know he is on the way. He found the blower motor was the problem and needed to be replaced or get a new unit. I elected for a new blower motor since my A/C unit was only 11 years old and was installed by Total HVAC. Sean got a new motor from the supply house and in 2-1/2 hours we had heat. My wife is very happy and I am happy. Thank you Total HVAC for excellent service and special thanks to Sean for a great job getting us taken care of on cold morning. Jim Justis"
