"Grifco's communication was severely lacking during this job. I hired out for an exterior door jam replacement, a sliding screen door installation for another door, and to install a smart lock. The job took over 9 hours and he was at the home until 8pm at night.. it should have been a two-day job knowing it would take him as long as it did. On top of that, he didn't communicate any preferred form of payment and only took cash or a check... I had to go to the bank at 8pm at night to pay him vs him sending me a standard invoice upon completion of work. He charged me for the smart lock installation which wasn't even accurately assembled. Super disappointed in the quality of work and communication. "

"Hired Taylor to assemble two pieces of furniture. He put one together, said he would return the following day, to assemble the other piece and haul away the boxes etc. No call, No show. Did not complete the job. "
