"The roof on our house was replaced. There were 5 roofing layers that were torn down. We chose to use TPO as our new roofing layer and also got the downspouts, scuppers, vents, and fans replaced. We are very happy with the results and the way the job was done. We chose Pro Roofing NW due to the way John Borbridge handled our interactions. He was prompt and clear in answering our questions and concerns and worked with us to give a good price on the estimates. The job was started in the same week it was scheduled (though it was delayed by 1 day) and finished promptly (4 days total including down spout installation). The roof installer was led by Teles and they were professional and thorough in their work. In addition to the plywood that needed to be replaced, the fascia and barge boards also had to be replaced in certain sections. We found them honest when they recommended replacing just those sections since the wood was fine in all the other sections. In addition, they also painted the replaced sections to match the existing color of the house (we bought the paint for them). What stood out to us was they worked with us to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. We highly recommend them!"

"We just had a new roof put on by Northern Pacific. I appreciated their salesman (Kurt) who bid our job and thoroughly explained all the details and patiently answered my many questions. The product they used has a 50 year warranty which doubled the 25 year roof I replaced. The installers were thorough and did a great job with the clean-up afterwards. The communication on a daily basis from Michelle might have been my favorite part of working with Northern Pacific. I got a call every day on the days leading up to the installation informing me about what the situation was with the bad weather. During the job I continued to get the calls which explained exactly where the installers were in the process. I am very satisfied with Northern Pacific and would recommend them to my neighbors,friends and family."

"Very good experience with our home roof replacement with Icon. Look, paying for a new roof is no one's idea of fun, but over time the peace of mind that will come with our new 40-year roof will likely be worth. We got a total of 3 quotes, and Icon's quote basically "tied" another company's from a financial perspective, but I felt more comfortable with Icon because I could tell Caleb would take good care of us. I was right -- Caleb took great care of us throughout the process, checking on the project's progress almost every day. Our project did take longer than expected -- originally expected for 4 or 5 days but it took 9, due to some rainy/windy weather and fewer subs showing up to our project each day than expected. Even with the delays, Caleb checked up on us every day, assured us that the project was properly "buttoned up" for the inclement weather, and answered every one of our questions/concerns. The finished product looks fantastic, our property was cleaned up well, and we're happy we hired Icon."

"NWPM was a subcontractor for a bathroom remodel. They were prompt and responsive -- they showed up when they said they would, and did good work. They installed a subfloor, vanity, toilet, shower door, and an exhaust fan with necessary conduit. I don't know about their pricing because they were a subcontractor, but I would hire them based on their responsiveness and the quality of the work performed."
