"I was given several recommendations from Angi list, the most professional one of the 4 contacts I received was from David of EVERGREENPRO INSULATION. "I Live in a manufactured home after 20 years the insulation ended up on the concrete slab underneath my home. Last winter my pipes froze up, the house was very cold. Hector came in and we negotiated a price and they worked their butts off cleaning out all of the old insulation, dead rats, mice, and then packing in the new batts. He even found a water leak in the master bathroom shower and would not continue until it was repaired for obvious reasons. They were always on time and kept me apprised as to what was goin on, taking pictures so that I could see what they were doing. I now have R30 rated bats. Previously I had blown in shredded paper! My floor is now warm & less creaky, I am extremely happy and I highly recommend this company."

"I requested an inspection of our attic to assess what needed to be done to improve its condition. I thought it may need an upgrade. Other venders earlier had told me that they would recommend new and/or added insulation, air sealing, mold treatment, etc. to the tune of multiple thousands of dollars. Brennen from Attic Doctor was the one who did our inspection. He explained why our attic really did not need much work to make it good. Contrary to others, he said we didn't need to upgrade our insulation, but just rearrange the already-adequate batting to free up the soffit vents and cover gaps, along with doing my own air leaks sealing or hiring a handyman at a much lower cost. He said we had no mold, as was asserted by another vendor. Washington State does not oversee the insulation vendors well so many can throw out their shingle with minimum expertise (effective lobbyists in Olympia?). Brennen has a college degree in construction science and knows his stuff. He was also honest with me"
