The reason for the quality ding: There was an issue with air flow to the roof we discovered years later and Eugene has been very responsive to help get the roof air flow dialed in appropriately. Once the air flow update is finished I will be sure to increase the quality score up by a star or two. He's a great friendly and timely roofer who I'd recommend for anybody in the area."

"Northern Pacific Exteriors did an outstanding job repairing, replacing my roof, and skylights. Starting with there “low pressure” sales representative that answered all my questions. Secondly, the staff kept in contact with me on were I was in there back log of the jobs in front of me. They made sure we were all on the “same page” of all I wanted for the roof, and if I had any changes to the contract. Lastly, the crew completed the roof replacement in an expedient time, and quality workmanship was top priority. All the crew were professional, polite, and always had a moment to answer any question that I would have for them. The foreman was also outstanding, any concern I had about my roof he kindly would take the time to talk it over with me, and pretty much follow through with any request that I had. We have a very steeply pitched metal roof on a two-story home with skylights and a turret. We hired M&H to remove many years of mold off our roof, clear and clean all the rain gutters and reseal our skylights. They responded very quickly to my bid request, and within the same day performed a physical onsite roof inspection, rather than just generating an estimate based on a Google Earth photo like so many of their competitors. "Jeff was the coordinator for my full roof replacement, and he did a great job. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions fully. I hate gutters, and Jeff didn't bat an eye or imply that my refusal of gutters was a bad choice, he simply went forward with recommendations for the best products for my situation. The job was completed in one day (I have a simple roof), on the appointed day, and there was hardly any evidence left on the ground to show that they had even been there. None of the workers ever even knocked on the door while they were there. I was thoroughly satisfied with the work done and the price I paid for it, and I will highly recommend them in the future. The only negative I have to mention is that the crew arrived an hour and a half early, and we were awakened by the sound of people walking on the roof at 6:30 in the morning, but their early arrival also meant they were done by about 2:30 in the afternoon, so that was fine, and it was a small inconvenience. Overall, I was thrilled to have my roof replaced so professionally and quickly, and I have a much higher level of confidence in the quality of my roof than I did before!"
