"John was very personable and knowledgeable. He gave me a quick assessment on a Saturday and then came back the following Wednesday to remove a very large hornet’s nest high in a tree in my yard. He then removed the nest and the branch it had been anchored to - and even cut the pieces of branch into suitable lengths for my yard waste bin. He also deployed a “sticky trap” to catch any returning hornets that had been absent from the nest while he was spraying it. It’s also very effective. Overall I was quite pleased. They were a little more expensive (but not much) than a couple other contractors I talked to, but the others were all about trying to rope you into a contract for year round service - not something I need orwanted, and John never even brought it up. The services I needed were obvious and he provided them without the extra sales pitches, which I appreciated. "
