"While the start date of getting a new roof put on slid due to weather, the G&G crew started the roof tear-off on time. They were very thorough about what needed to be repaired. I met with the project manager, Jimmy O., onsite and he explained all that needed to be done and the associated costs. The crew had the roof dried in on day 1. The shingles were delivered in the afternoon on day 2 and the crew finished installing the shingles on day 3. The roof looks great and they left the yard with very little evidence that they had been there. I would not hesitate to use G&G again. Just understand that due to the amount of work they have and wrestling with the weather, the lead time from signing the contract to job completion can be awhile (mine took about 20 weeks but as good as they are, G&G can't control the weather!). I would rather have a quality job done right and it take longer to complete than to have an interior result."

"Estimate provided was excellent. Estimator even went so far as to check house to insure that no leaks were present - thus, there was no immediate hurry to re-roof. Roof crew was great and worked so hard that re-roofing was completed in 3 days. (My home is about 2300 sg ft which includes 2 attached garages - one at each end of house.) Job included replacement of 6 damaged plywood roof panels plus construction of cricket to divert rain water from damaged roof area just behind fireplace chimney. Roofers also caulked small holes in fascia and reinstalled some sagging soffit. No extra charge was incurred for cricket, caulking, and soffit work. As per the contract, 2 roof panels were included. Thus, I had to pay for 4 of the panels at $65/each. Very fair! After re-roofing, new gutters, downspouts, and perforated aluminum gutter screens were installed. Web search served to indicate that perforated aluminum gutter screens are the best and longest-lasting. Thus, in my estimation, I got a top quality job at a very fair price and, consequently, would highly recommend Worthmann Roofing to anyone. In fact, owing to this, a nearby friend has already opted to employ Worthmann for roof work."

Cleaned up everyday. The installers were very good to deal with. Always ask if I was satisfied with what they had done each day. They lined up the inspections that had to be done on time. "I contacted Allstate Exteriors in Ohio on 7 October when I noticed water stains on our ceiling as a result of Hurricane Ian. Approximately 2 hours later I was contacted by the Allstate Exteriors General Manager for Florida, Rick Fritz asking me what was going on. He said he remembered me from having a new roof in Jan 2022. I told him about the leak, and he said he would have a man at my house the next morning NLT 0800. At 0745 Dave Dravies arrived and went up in the attic and quickly identified the problem area and said it could be one of two things-flashing or shingles that had been ripped off during the hurricane. Either way, Allstate was going to fix the problem free of charge. He told me Rick requested and received several roofers from their Ohio office and they would send their senior man out the next day to identify specifically what the problem was and immediately fix it. Moses arrived at 0810, went up in the attic, identified the problem area, sprayed the area with a solution to prevent mold, moved the insulation away from the damaged ceiling as the dry wall would have to be cut out and replace and then went on the roof. He spent approximately 3 hours on the roof repairing the problem area and was done. All of this happened in 3 days due to the leadership and foreword thinking of Rick Fritz. He knew Allstate in Florida was going to need every man the Ohio office could spare, and he immediately requested them. Heâ s also hired some first rate, customer service-oriented employees like Dave Dravies. Finally, his entire team understood his intent â take care of previous customers followed immediately by the hundreds of people seeking assistance with their damaged roof. Our son lives in Cape Coral, he sustained significant damage to his roof and is now high up on the Allstate Exteriors work list because Iâ m an existing customer. Who does this?
