"It went really well. The contractor, Tom, is a really nice guy. He answered all my questions and couldn't have made it easier on me. He literally did all the work on filing an insurance claim. He got me my roof plus extras. Every time I called or text he would answer right away. If I had an issue it was handled immediately. They said they would do my roof in 2 weeks and not even a week later it was torn off and out on in ONE day. All the workers that showed up at my house were all very nice and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to hiring them again for future projects. The owner even showed up to make sure everything was going smooth. A+ rating."

We picked out the color of roof, provided samples to review for me and my wife. Phil from Titan roofing sent over Joliet code for full replacement to my insurance carrier and they got me my entire roof replaced and gutters. Came out and got the job done in two days in February 2022!! They did a great job on installation, cleanup and services. "A&D replaced our parent's aged roof. Darek came a good distance to provide a free estimate. He explained thoroughly the work that his company would complete, as well as why it needed to be done. He offered material options and encouraged us to seek additional estimates for comparison purposes. A&D was extremely responsive with followup communication. When reaching out with questions, their response time to our inquiries was extremely fast. A&D followed through on all of their promises. A large work crew showed up on time and completed a complete tear off, down to the rafters, installed sheathing, ice & water shield (72 in.), all underlayments and shingles. They were done with the job, in it's entirety, by 5:00 p.m. Darek and Maciej spent several hours at our house, overseeing and working alongside the crew. They met all terms of the agreement and went above and beyond - sealing gutter end caps that were leaking and installing attic baffles, without asking for additional compensation. Afterwards, the crew spent time cleaning up the perimeter of our home, leaving no material wrappings or nails on the ground. Darek visited our parents' home the day after the roofing work, to ask if we had any questions and if we were pleased. "I had Ed put on a new roof. His crew repaired and replaced many boards before installatalation. The flashing on the skylights and chimney looks great. I had Ed do a garage and attached sunroom a year earlier. He did such a fantastic job I had to have him back to roof the main house. Care was made to protect the grounds from falling shingles. They were able to come out quickly for the initial inspection and estimate, and provided me with a written estimate with pictures within a couple of days. Scheduling the repair was quick and easy, and the workers were prompt and professional come repair day. They provided me with pictures of the roof post-repair, so I could see for myself how the repairs were done - uniformly excellent all around. We were left with the remainder of the shingles should other repairs be necessary down the line. "Robert was a pleasure to work with and gave me a great deal compared to two other competitors. His team did a great job too, against adversity, and finished the job in just two days as promised. First, they discovered that my sheathing was rotting due to high moisture and poor ventilation in the attic of my 26yr old home. They successfully replaced 55 sheets of 1/2" plywood, without hesitation, after my approval, to keep the job on track. Better even yet, they resolved the sources of the moisture and lack of ventilation to ensure that it doesn't happen again. Second, at the start of the 2nd day, their ladder hoist broke down, which I expected to halt work (not getting heavy packages of shingles to the roof). But, instead of a delay, the team members just carried them up the ladder manually to get the job done on time. You don't see that kind of commitment very often in this new world order.
