"I recommend Allshire highly and without reservation. Russ, John, and all their crews were professional and we felt comfortable throughout the process. Our bathroom was fully gutted and rebuilt (with same footprint) - the end result was fantastic and I believe the value was very high. Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. We will call them again when we get ready to remodel our kitchen. Allshire is a good company because it is made of good people."

"Wow! Our new front porch/patio and driveway are just beautiful! We were very impressed with Construction Fleet Concrete from start to finish. The salesman was so knowledgeable and his analysis was very thorough resulting in a nice detailed estimate. He didn’t try to up-sell us, but presented a few small things we would want but hadn’t thought of. We especially liked how quickly we were put on the schedule and how prompt they were at following through (only a 1-day delay for rain). The construction crew was such hard workers, and their workmanship was admirable. They put in two long days, and then it was finished with clean-up and everything by the second evening. The crew did an incredible job of clean-up and even put back the sod around the new concrete. Their estimate was right in the middle of the ones we received and seemed very fair. "These guys were GREAT! Called them to correct a flowerbed disaster from another contractor, who I did not want anything to do with anymore. The sales rep Adam was fantastic, straight forward, honest and really cared that the job will be done correctly and that I would be completely satisfied with their work. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They said the job would take two days and it did. When it was done, they power washed and re-sanded the patio pavers gratis. My patio never looked so good. These guys were so good and so professional. I'd hire these guy again in a second."

"First off, I will share that I am a Procurement Consultant and former Purchasing Manager and have regularly bid out services as well as advised clients on doing so. I’ve always had a “value first” approach and, while low price is important, it’s an overall value proposition that sells me on a company. We contacted 8 vendors for our project, which was to take an existing brick paver patio (approx. 14 x 18) and have it power washed, leveled, and re-finished (in this case, no sealer but swept with poly sand). I’ll take this opportunity to say that there are MANY predatory companies out there in brick pavers who are counting on an uneducated consumer. For our project, we received 7 quotes back that ranged in price from $475 to $3,810 for the project. Needless to say I dealt with a couple unethical vendors who tried to tell me I needed to have whole deck removed or some other line of bologna. The good news is that Austin Brick Pavers was one of the vendors that we sent a quote request to and who we ultimately selected. When Eric came out he was straightforward in what needed to be done and honest in that the work on the patio was mostly labor cost (and a few bags of cement and the poly sand). The price for the project was $580, which was toward the low end of our proposal options. Even better, there was no requirement for payment up front, which is why the low bid vendor was not chosen. The work was performed consistent with Eric’s timing estimate (just over a week out) and the two people who worked on it were both detail oriented and friendly. Eric even put down dirt around the patio so we could re-seed and have a finished look to the project. I’m pleased to report that, three weeks out, we are very happy with the work Austin Brick Pavers did and had an outstanding experience overall. "After coming out to inspect the job, they told me they'd send out other contractors to get an accurate quote ready for me. I required both irrigation fixes along with lawn leveling due to DTE trucks damage. They did send out someone who checked my system, then a follow up with another contractor to check the grading. After which they ghosted me. Tried to contact them, even provided missing information to get the quote done, but never heard back."
