"My house is quite lived in and generally has a lot of clutter. Besides dusting they vaccum/wash the floors. Deep clean two bathrooms. If I ask them to help with extra chores, no problem, they clean refrigerator inside and out, they will make the beds and clean out the silverware drawers if needed. "We have used Marios housecleaning for a few years. Generally his work is good, however he is very hard on a house. Lots of nicks scratches on walls door jams, and broken glass on picture a frames with no acknowledgment.. His communication skills are next to none. He comes in cleans with earphones in his ears and never speaks to us or asked us is there is anything special we would like him to do. Recently I had a house guest arriving an asked Mario to clean and vacuum the room. He failed to even enter the room and when I pointed this out he quit a few days later. I've always paid him on time and always been polite to him. We are very disappointed in his reaction to us when we tried to express our concerns. We feel as if we have to tip toe around him when we try to express to him what needs doing. If you use him always get a fixed price from him upfront for anything extra or you might be very surprised at his bill. Generally a nice guy and does work hard, just not focused. "

"Felix was easy to work with and did a good job with his crew doing brush clearance. We had to cancel a couple of times because of the weather. When that was resolved, he missed the first appointment which had to be rescheduled. He had not called and showed up two hours after the start time to apologize. He showed up an hour early the next day for the re-scheduled job and did a great job once he was here. The job was brush clearance on a steep hill. It was not an easy job. The clean up once the job was done, was excellent. I liked working with him. I always appreciate an honest hard working man. I will probably use Felix for other jobs in the future and may set something up for periodic maintenance. His rates are reasonable and he follows instructions well. Felix is a man who cares about his work. You can't ask for much more."
