"They called to schedule us asap, which was great. When the guys did come, my husband met them and said the guys basically just said, "So we're just here to clean the gutters, right?" My husband confirmed that it was for the Angieslist deal and assumed he wouldn't have to say more -- All in all, the short story is that I'm sure the gutters were cleaned (can't see ourselves), but they left right afterwards and never gave us any input at all on the condition of the roof. I know that was a "bonus/side feature" to the deal, but I really had been curious how the roof looked since we had just moved into this house in August and know there was history of hale damage in the area from a storm a few years ago. As we aren't roofing experts, we would've been interested to hear what the condition of the roof actually looked like. Not a loss because we were happy to have the gutters cleaned, but would've loved to have heard the other part of their "review" -- especially since they're primarily a roofing company.

"It went well! I called Jerry on Saturday and he responded immediately. Jerry saves the weekend for repairs and was able to have a crew member fix it on Sunday morning. They did a good job fixing the hole and used an extra shingle that we had on hand. Our roof had been replaced in 2011. I was told to call them if the repair caused us any problem in the future.
