They came the same day I asked about getting it done and completed removing the old water heater and installed the new one within hours! I could have waited to see if the parts I needed could be sourced but since the heater was 14 years old I opted to install a new one. Could not see possibly paying half the cost of a new one for service and parts and then maybe waiting for it to be completed only to have it need service or replacement a couple years down the road."

"Mr. Hogan measured the part of the ceiling that needed to be replaced, gave me an estimate, and had his men come out to do the work a day or two later. The ceiling needed somewhat less work (or less time?) than he had originally calculated, and he adjusted the bill significantly downward. (I personally would not have known the difference.) The work itself is excellent. This was a happy repair experience all around. (Why the months-later review: I found my D. Hogan Drywall business card while excavating my desk and thought, Oh yeah! I owe this guy a review!) <br />"

"They're excellent people. They're very honest. The owner came out. We were trying to figure out why the seals wouldn't work on the toilet. He went down and bought it. He put it on. He just charged us for the parts alone and that was it. He came out and the owner took care of it too. I would definitely use them in the future."
