"Installation was very professional and seamless. My only complaint is that we were advised to have "our" painters stain the doors, i.e. not included in the estimated cost for the doors. I did not realize that it would cost another $900. to complete this process. I would have appreciated a ball park figure for this additional bill."

"All personnel, including sales, installation and service were very accommodating and well informed. The installation crew worked very hard to avoid leaving our house exposed to bad weather. The only negative comment I have is that their scheduling for the project was sketchy but they did complete the work quickly once they got started."

"I asked DC Roofing for an estimate to replace my roof and to replace gutters and downspouts on my house and barn. They responded to my call same-day, and Jimmy visited my house within the week. Upon inspection Jimmy said my roof was good for another few years and that he would recommend up-sizing the gutters. We discussed the pros and cons of gutter guards. At this point I knew I was dealing with an honest man representing an honest company. He was honest about the roof condition, and there was no sell-job on the gutter guards ... just an honest discussion of pros and cons on both. I opted to just replace the gutters on the house and barn at this time, with no gutter guards. After signing the contract and paying half up-front Jimmy said he'd call to schedule installation in a couple weeks. Actually, they showed up unannounced to do the installation the next week. That could have been bad for the installer (we live an hour from Indy), but my wife happened to be at home that day. She put the installer on-hold (he was very nice about it) and called Jimmy. Jimmy was as surprised as we were ... somehow the installer got ahead of schedule and things got a bit out of order. Everything worked out fine and the installer was able to go to work. The installation was complete in about 5 hours and was very professionally done. (My wife gave them high marks and she's much more critical than I am.) Everything was cleaned up and there were no signs that anything had been done ... except some beautiful new gutters. The next day we got a torrential downpour and the gutters and downspouts performed great ... no overflow, no leaks ... all the water went where it was supposed to. In a few years I'll replace the roof. I'll call DC first."

"Gibbons extreme insulation bends over backwards for customer satisfaction (blew in at least R44 but only charged me for R40). They worked around my schedule and were very friendly and professional. They did what they said they would do and more (filled in gaps with spray foam and repaired the screens in my gable vents). "Contacted Dowdy Allinone, within a short time they setup an appointment to stop by, and see what I was looking for. William is a very friendly and easy to work with guy. He came by and told me to pick out the door purchase it, and he would be back for the receipt at a setup time to pick up the door. Dowdy showed up on time they received the door and delivered it in good condition. He was very fair, and even let me go with him to the store to purchase materials which isn't something you find very often. Dowdy showed me some falls in the area we were changing the door out in. He showed me the floor was rotted as well as some other areas around where the door was being installed. He however told me everything is fixable he gave me a price to fix the floor, and some other areas around where it had rotted. As everyone knows prices can also start to increase when the project begins. Dowdy however never let me down I got a little nervous when he started pulling off siding pieces, however Dowdy is experienced in siding, and he made it look easy and replaced all the pieces with no issue. Dowdy has no issues watching him work I was only there in case any issues arose he could address them to me. I originally hired him to just install a door, but I always know things don't go as expected. At the end of the day I ended up with: New sliding door, New Trim inside and outside, new entry way flooring, new sub-floor in entry way, new door woodwork, and new trim around entry way flooring. The original price was very fair, and almost shocking to see how competitive Dowdy was that even after all the other modifications, I still expected to pay way more. I would Highly-Recommend Mr Dowdy and his crew to future clients, co-workers, family, and friends. Thank you Mr Dowdy and your crew!"

"ABC Roofing kept us informed of the entire process to include a scheduling delay due to rain.  We received a phone call prior and the day of installation both days.  The workers were polite.  They cleaned up all the debris and we did not even find any roofing nails on the ground.  Our new roof looks great."
