"If you call this company up ask for Patrick - he was great to work with. Always quick to respond to questions we had and he is very educated about roofing and the industry. The crew that did the work was great. They estimated it to be a 1-2 day project and it ended up taking 2 days. I was really impressed with the cleanup. I was worried about nails in the yard because we have a couple of dogs and a riding lawn mower. They have these huge magnets they roll around in the yard that pick everything up. I only found a few nails by the gutter downspouts that drained from the gutters when it rained. Hire this company if you need a new roof."

They did the work really timely, and we didn't have problems with them coming out and fixing the furnace and the air conditioner. They also called to see if we needed other things needed around the house, but we didn't. "Eric removed two layers of shingles from our 40 year old roof and replaced them with new 3D Duration shingles. The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding panels. The repair which we were pursuing was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Someone referred us to Maximus and when I called and talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was due to the concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowed water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding.We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He has just finished the total project in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises.
