"They did a good job fixing the bulging stucco. Removed old one and put a new stucco"

"Kevin and his team were very professional , experienced, and efficient. While we were worried about the length of the project, Kevin provided daily updates and a timeline for each step throughout the project. His team showed up early daily and worked on sections of the exterior wall. After each day of work, Kevin's team cleared out old stucco and materials and organized the area so that it was safe to walk through. We are happy that we worked with Kevin and his team to complete our exterior stucco wall."

"Ulises was great! He listened to my ideas and gave me great recommendations for paint colors. The job looks amazing. I will definitely use him for future projects!"

"I've used Apex Premier for both Stucco and Drywall work over the years on my house, big projects to small repairs and patches. The work is high quality, well organized, and well thought out. You will always get an honest answer from them. The communication is the best in the biz, the attention to detail is the best in the biz. I wish I could find this commitment to work from all contractors, but that is just not the case at all, quite refreshing."

"I am happy to have Pedro to do a stucco replacement for my over 100 years old house. The Job was done fast and completed great with a reasonable price. Pedro was responsible and professional. Highly recommended."

"

Ciro came by and provided a prompt and thorough quote.  We scheduled the repair within the next week.

Roberto showed up early!  He took care to cover the floors leading into the bathrooms, covered the fixtures and set about changing round holes to rectangular openings which fit the new fan fixtures.  After the drywall installation, he primed the new patch so I will be able to paint to match the rest of the room.

The work was well done and completed within a very short period of time.

I highly recommend Menaci Design Drywall, Ciro and Roberto.

"It is okay. I like the direct approach to problem; needs a bit more transparency to avoid many questions-answer. I want to understand the process of repair-saving stucco started by wrong people. Though Im an ordinary person but I have some thoughts about stucco, that give me chance to know the stucco guy if right for the job. I want to know on day one how JV Lath can solve my issue, talk to me about the materials to use (just to be specific next time),which he did but you see I have to make comparison with the other referral from Thumbtact. The price maybe right, job was done in a quick days within his work schedule. Hope to keep me worriless and happy about this project, JV Lath was helpful and works hard to complete the project. I see the number of worker he brought to the site which relieve me of worrying. thanks for referring JV Lath to my project. Kudos!"

"We evaluated 12 contractors for our project and selected Brother and Brother. They were not the least expensive (in the top 4) of total cost, but their gallery photos, ratings, and reputation was unexcelled, in our evaluation. Brother and Brother did a marvelous job updating our home. We initially had a limited scope of work to update a couple of rooms. After seeing their portfolio and discussing ideas, we decided to update our entire home. We really couldn’t be happier. Our project manager, Daniel, was super responsive. As we went through our project, he kept in contact and was always available quickly to discuss ideas and needed changes. The construction team had incredible, high-quality execution – super quality work throughout with excellent attention to detail. The team achieved our timeline exactly for completion – even though they had to work extra hard because of additional items we wanted to add to the project. And everything was done right and for the price we agreed upon. We haven’t had to call to address any issue or problem. They did it right the first time. And of course, it is beautiful. If you are looking at their galleries of photos and projects, you can have confidence that yours will look that nice too. We have some more work in mind in the future and we will no doubt work with Brother and Brother again."

"I needed some outside painting done and the Brush Brothers did a great job. I have a lot of plants that had to be protected and they did not damage or leave paint on any of them. They also fixed a few things for me (some rotted wood) and cleaned up after they finished on time to. I will be calling Patrick when its time to get the inside painted. I highly recommend them!"
