"David and Alfonso were great. On time, a fair price and quality craftsmanship. The work preformed on repairing damaged flooring was seamless. There was a problem with working with old wood and before we could bring it to their attention, they had already noticed it and brought materials to address issue. Totally great work. Just to reiterate, totally professional. Thanks David."

"We had a large project with a few challenges. Jesus and his team were so knowledgeable. He discussed in great detail what needed to be done and the time frame it would take. He worked with us around other projects we needed to fit in. We can’t say enough about their customer service and the amazing quality of their work. Everything was taken care off and when it was completed, everything was back where it belonged. Clean and dust free. We feel so blessed to have found Alameda Wood Floors. Absolutely the best."

"Chai, does the best work I have ever seen in the last 30 years! You just don't see workmanship like this all that much anymore. I would and am going to hire Chai again for some future projects. The attention to detail to detail is phenomenal. Just can't say enough about the craftsmanship. We will highly recommend Chai to all of our friends and family. Thanks again Chai for installing our beautiful floor."

"Floor Pros did impressive work on a very challenging job for us. The job entailed refinishing our 100-year old living room, dining room and entry floors, replacing our upstairs hall floor which had been badly damaged during a remodel and refinishing our mahogany stairs and adding new risers to cover the gaps between the old risers and the treds. Mark Velez of Floor Pros really stood out from the other floor companies by being responsive to the unique issues of our floors and willing to problem-solve to find the best solution. The results exceeded our hopes, thanks to his skilled crew. The new hall floor was beautifully laid, with a border to match the existing floor. With Mark’s input, we decided to use a clear finish on the steps to help the mahogany (which tends to stain red) blend better with the lightly stained (pecan color) oak floors. Mark recommended heartwood white oak for the new risers, also with a clear finish, and the result was a perfect blend of the different woods. The new treds were installed with such precision that they virtually eliminated the chorus of squeaks we had been living with. We opted to have 2 coats of the Bona Commercial High Traffic finish and have been very pleased with it. Mark and his crew get top marks for customer communication, problem-solving and performance. We would certainly use Floor Pros again and would recommend them."

"We have agreed to terms to install tile for now."

"We shopped around and found the flooring that we liked. The representative (very nice gentlemen) came out and measured the area and provided the estimate. The vinyl had to be ordered since none was available and Armstrong had to manufacture (in Georgia). This would take 30 days but we were willing to wait. There was no additional charge for this. Approximately 3 weeks after ordering, we were called and set an appointment. The installers arrived on time and within 4 to 5 hours, the work was completed beautifully."

"Quickly and simply installed my floor in a matter of hours. Very kind and hard workers. Price was almost the same as what was quoted on the phone."

"I'm very glad to have chosen Budget Flooring for this job. I received multiple quotes from different contractors but felt most comfortable with Budget Flooring. I was very impressed with Vlad and Devan as they were professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Vlad provided the quote in a timely manner and kindly made adjustments based on my material preferences. The demo and installation went very fast...taking only 4 days to complete everything. The installers were fantastic. They were highly skilled, considerate, and very hard-working. I would definitely recommend Budget Flooring for any of your flooring needs."
