"We have had Cesar for many projects over the last 10 years. Bathrooms, bedrooms , roof, deck, shingle replacement, interior and exterior painting. I wouldn't use anyone else for my major and minor home repair."

"It went very well. He fix the door. He did a great job five stars all around."

"He came right away & gave me an estimate & was able to do the repair immediately. I was so happy because someone had kicked in my front door at 4:00 am & I needed it to be fixed asap. Thanks to him, I can sleep better tonight. He was very nice, professional & totally cleaned up afterwards. I’d definitely hire him again with no hesitation."

"James and his team did a good job on renovating our whole house. Before choosing James, we compared a few companies. We made our mind to use his team because he made us feel comfortable to work with. We are 1st time home-owner so finding a contractor who has the patience for us and the knowledge to walk us through decisions when buying materials are very important. James is the one met our requirement. We have 5 bedrooms 2 baths. It took about two months and half to finish because certain materials we ordered did not arrive on time. During the renovation, there were unexpected issues that James discovered, but he was always able to figure out a solution that falls into our budget. I would recommend them to my friends who are in need of a contractor. Oh, BTW, I like the music turned on when they were doing the work. A few cool guys to work with, and they made the stressful renovation project a little more enjoyable."

"They also retiled my bathroom floor, replaced bathroom cabinet, sheetrock, retiled portion of bathroom wall, fixed leak, replaced faucet, repaired downstairs sheetrock in bathroom, paint, spackled. Excellent, dependable, timely, gentlemen. They worked with my budget, showed up when they said they would. Never just disappeared without letting me know where they would be. I highly recommend their work and services. Thank you Val Construction."

"I highly recommend Promen and will work with them in the future! We called Promen because a large steam pipe in our basement broke. Without the pipe, we could not get heat in our home. I found Promen on Angieslist and called. Diego happened to be in the area and came over 15 mins later. He was professional and gave us a fair estimate (I know it was fair because we received two prior estimates from other companies). Understanding the urgency of the repair, he squeezed us into his first available appointment. When he arrived to do the repair, he was punctual, courteous, and responsive. We weren’t home when he did the repair, but later that evening he contacted us to see how we liked the new pipe. The pipe works, and looks, great! We’ve had our share of bad contractors and handymen. Hands down we would use Promen in the future; Diego’s number is saved in my phone!"

"Luis and his helper did a wonderful job putting together and installing both vanity and over toilet storage cabinet. They did a great job repairing ceiling and painting it. They also did a great job installing new light fixture in bathroom. They cleaned up area nicely after they were done. I will definitely use him again!"

"I needed a new back door installed where there was previously a leak. He fixed the leak and installed new door which I picked out. I also needed bi-fold closet door installed due to limited space. My front steps were cracking and breaking off and he was able to repair what I had. Foundation had cracks which were repaired and then painted. You can't even tell that there were cracks. I also had him power wash the deck and repair some loose pieces to reinforce it. I trust his opinion and he is honest with me. If he can repair something then he does- he doesn't just tell me to replace it so he can make more money like other contractors. I trust him and his crew and highly recommend."

"Weâ ve used Mark for multiple projects including doors, flooring and baseboards and a staircase - and he always delivers fantastic work. Even though our home is older and presents some unique challenges, Mark has the expertise to tackle the job. Heâ s very friendly, honest, detail oriented, and goes the extra mile to make sure things are done the right way. A true professional. Weâ ll be using him again for future projects - highly recommended."
