"The home roof and garage installation was completed to my satisfaction and the clean-up was good too. The garage extension took more time since it was a flat roof. The subcontractor had to replace two walls of the shed due to shoddy work by the homeowner's incompetent brother. This discovery raised the overall costs of the roof project. There were also needed repairs and it has taken months to finalize them by the subcontractor. The work is good but I've had to.be patient with the repairs to be scheduled.
