"I contacted Ben with Peaceful Settings in March, 2014. He came to the residence, took measurements, and gave me a thorough explanation of the work they could do and the options. There are four options on the style of pergola and we choose the mid priced one. Due to the high demand for Peaceful Settings, our pergola could not be built until July, 2014.. The workers showed up July 3, 2014 to start the work and did a great job getting the structure built in two days, including working on July 4 to get the job done. The only reason why I gave them a lower rating on professionalism is that one of the workers parked in our neighbor's grass and another blocked in a neighbor's driveway. Just little things like that the workers need to be aware of. We are super happy with the work performed and the quality of the work. Our pergola is very large so pricing is based on size. <br /> If you want the pergola stained or electricity added to it for ceiling fans and lights, this work is not done by Peaceful Settings. <br />"
