"The whole process went very smooth. Chris came out to my house to measure my kitchen and came with a bunch a samples to choose from. It took a several weeks for my cabinets to be made but Chris kept in contact with me to give me updates on the progress. On the day of the install there was a crew of three people, so the job was completed quickly and they left my house clean. I am extremely happy with my cabinets. Not only did they come out beautiful, you can tell the craftsmanship is superior."

"I had called other places for estimates and DIHS was the same as the others, but they were the only ones who offered a flat rate which I prefer, because with hourly you never know if they're going to go over the predicted number of hours (especially in Miami - so like one place said $65/hour for 3 hours but you know it's going to take a lot longer than that because - Miami - and it did, by the way). The guy called to say he could come out to the house earlier than expected if that was ok (yes, please) and he was extremely professional and courteous. "The individual that did the consult was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 8 days. I would highly recommend just buying new cabinets. The mess after the sanding and install was more than I expected. Some of the cabinets were left with debris and a considerable amount of dust in them, the shelves were not sanded on the ends where they were cut, leaving splinters and the sawdust was in the stove, dishwasher, cabinets that were covered and in the adjoining room. The craftsmanship turned out nice but noticeable that the edges were resurfaced. Itâ s hard to resurface cabinets that are old. The new doors cover the refacing. I feel the pricing is way to high for this type of project."
