He was very polite. <br /> <br /> The installation space is too narrow to accommodate a standard-sized 50 gallon water heater so they installed a 50 gallon model with a narrower circumference that fit in the space. This second unit was not on the service truck so the technician had to drive to Walnut Creek to pick it up. <br /> <br /> The second unit cost a little more than the quote but I was not charged for this special delivery and I did not have to wait an extra day for it to arrive. I appreciate the fact that this company went the extra mile (literally) to see that we had a water heater installed on the day they said they would install it. <br /> <br /> All of the customer service representatives I spoke to were very pleasant and took the time to explain the process to me. <br /> <br /> I definitely recommend this company. You might find a cheaper price but you won't find better service."

Also, one of the walls had a seam showing where a poor drywall job was done during an earlier remodel.
