With Advance Carpet Cleaning this did not happen. Several very tough stains are permanently gone. I attribute this to their effective treatment of stains prior to commencing the carpet cleaning. In addition, it was easy to schedule an appointment. They were punctual and efficient and the price was reasonable. Also, Abelino was very friendly and understanding. He communicated clearly and if there were any changes along the way he made sure we were aware of what needed to be done and why. Use at least two millimeter spacers on walls and three millimeter spacers on floors to give grout room to bond and absorb normal expansion.
