I contacted him by phone, and he came immediately for a free estimate. He sent me a proposal for the work that I requested and his price was very good. He asked if I had any questions about the items he estimated or the services that would be performed.  Didier the technician was very professional doing the work and had tools to make sure that the long hose from his van through my home didn't mark up the walls.  He was very methodical and paced himself to ensure that the work was done completely and thoroughly. <br /> Once finished, I was given printed information on what action to take (if any) to keep each of the items optimally clean and, if necessary, to call if there were any issues or dissatisfaction.
