"I called Royal Landscapes and we agreed on a date (03/09/18) to meet to review the job. On March 9th, no one from Royal Landscapes bother to show up. There was no call to cancel or to ask for another appointment. Now to be fair, it snowed the day before so I'm sure it would've been a little challenging to give an accurate assessment of my landscaping needs, but really, no call to cancel or reschedule speaks volumes to me! So I will not be recommending Royal Landscapes."

"Fantastic! There was such overgrowth in my yard due to my husband's illness starting a year ago. My whole yard hadn't had more than a mowing during that time (luckily twice a month by a neighbor). The landscaping team came out and totally straightened my yard over the course of about 6 hours. I was astounded at the yard that existed below all the mess. They cleaned up piles of leaves I couldn't get to and vines that had crawled up the chain linked fence. The place looks great! I even called and let the office know how happy I am! I will be setting up a maintenance visit for every 2 months...I want to keep it looking as nice as it does. I only wish I had gotten before pics to compare it to."

"The service for the big deal from Pennygreen for 149 for lawn aeration was real good. Everything was fine. They showed up on time. They did the job. It looked good. There were no additional costs. They charged exactly what they said they would charge you. The pricing is definitely an 'A' because I have another landscaping service that I have been using for other things but their price for aeration was way too high. They just recently quoted me again and knocked like 90 dollars off and they are still way too high. I know that it was a special and maybe not the ongoing rate but either way it was very good."

Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool.
