He took the time to explain how he power washes the surfaces, and the price was very reasonable in my opinion. He is such a likable yet professional young man we decided to expand the job to include living room carpet cleaning, His brother Tay came out to do the job right on time. Another nice young man! "We have used H20tek in the past and our 3 story house had some facia blow off and they came in and attached the facia for us and cleaned gutters while they were there. Price was reasonable and I didn't even get a quote / trusted H20 and they were there quick and charged a reasonable price. I definitely would recommend them in the future and they are going to do some pressure washing on our patio as well. They also noted that the house probably doesn't need it again as we did recently, so they have no interest in selling you for things you don't need, which is also appreciated. Again, highly recommend and the owner Jonathan is very easy to work with for sure!"

"JR was punctual and communicated well throughout the project. We had a large 15 foot long crack in our plastered living room ceiling which he repaired and painted. It was a tricky repair because he had to match the swirl in the plaster and it turned out great. He also repaired cracks in our upstairs hallway and painted it. He cleaned up thoroughly and finished in the original estimated time. His prices are reasonable and fair. We will definitely be hiring him again to paint the exterior of our house."

"Most of what they did was great, but we had two doors that were stained and then varnished. There were white marks left after they dried. I called Don Higgins and he said he would come out to look at it. He did and then sent his son to repair the problem. The son just added another coat of oil varnish but that did not correct the problem. I called Don again and he said he would come out to look at it again. I never heard anything after a few weeks so I called him. He said that he doesn't know why it looks like that and doesn't know what to do to fix it. I guess I am stuck with the problem. Don did not offer any solutions or any form of compensation. I used this company because they were rated so highly on Angie's List. I am very disappointed in the results and the response to my problem."

"Martin was on time each day. He did an excellent drywall/paint job on the walk-in closet. The disaster company found the pinhole water leak in the wall behind a stud. He also replaced the 8’x7’ carpet pad and tack down the carpet. We were please with his work and price and referred him to my son for a quote on his ceiling and staircase. Picture below show disaster co tear out and day one of drywall drying. He also helps me move a heavy dresser back into closet. "
