"I couldn’t be more pleased with the TPO flat roof installation completed by ARHT Solutions! I got my shingles replaced by a different company, but the company didn't do work on the rolling roof. As a result, I ended up getting some leaks and hire a different company to address the problem. I got estimates from a few other companies, but decided to go with ARHT because of their track record and fair price for the job. From start to finish, the ARHT team was professional, organized, and efficient. We were able to get get the estimate, draw up a contract and get financed in about two hours. After a brief wait for the weather to warm up a bit, I was able to get the new TPO flat roof system and gutters installed in just about two weeks. I really like that ARHT doesn't outsource their labor - the roofer who completed the job, Juan, was directly trained and employed by ARHT. Juan arrived on time, worked diligently, and impressively completed the job in just one day. He kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring I understood the progress and timeline. Not only did he do excellent work, but he also left the site spotless before leaving. "This is not a normal review, since Basement Masters didn't actually work on our house. We called them because of moisture in our basement walls. They came out, and determined that the problems were of a different nature than what they do and required the services of a carpenter to fix a faulty deck. They very easily could have sold us on a bunch of work that wouldn't have solved the issue, but instead gave us an honest assessment. They are honest, ethical, and won't take advantage of you. That was truly refreshing, and shows the kind of people they are. Call them!"

"Ben, Connor, and the entire Independence Landscape Team are absolute masters at their craft and some of the most professional, responsive individuals I’ve ever worked on a project with. The job included designing/redoing our frontyard bed, installing downspouts, building a 330 square foot backyard patio bordered by a dry creek, installing natural stone steps leading up to the patio, and designing/executing new backyard landscape beds. Our backyard - which is on a slope and not a huge space to begin with - looks out onto a shared driveway. Given that, my wife and I struggled with how to create a sense of privacy in our backyard without having a fence installed. Of all the professionals we met with initially, Ben, our Project Manager and Connor, who did a lot of the design work, had the clearest vision of how to get it done. Both were mindful and in tune with what was important to my wife and I. Both were creative in working within the parameters of our space to deliver what is in my opinion, the very best job that anyone could have done. "We started service in July and I CANNOT tell that we have lawn service! Maybe they come by and spray, but my plants ALWAYS look like they require pruning (because they do), I see weeds after every service, there is always debris in the yard. It's a corner lot, but barely a yard and we can NEVER look at my yard and tell that they have been there for service on the scheduled day. A project was supposed to take place in Sept, which is almost over, not sure if or when that will start...DO not sign up for regular lawn maintenance; you will not be close to pleased!"
