The new asphalt driveway now slopes properly away from the house and carport—and we've already seen it work beautifully during heavy rain, with water flowing exactly where it should. They even added a lovely new front walkway connecting our entry landing to the driveway. The work was fast, professional, and a great value. They arrived when they said they would in the afternoon to prep the area and arrived 1/2 early on the morning of the pour. They worked swiftly, and carefully and all of the work was completed in one day as they said it would be. I would certainly recommend them for any concrete and masonry work and would hire them again for any future work needed."

"I had previously talked to 3 contractors about installing a patio, and got quotes from two of them. By the time my HOA finally approved the work, the contractor I chose was no longer able to fit me in a reasonable schedule. I called Julio out to do my yard work, and explained my situation. We had a detailed and productive conversation about what I needed to achieve, which was fix the POOR drainage in my yard. We discussed a rainbow of options, their prices and consequences. I found it refreshing to NOT have a contractor try to force their solution on me. In the end, we decided on a patio that was part of an overall strategy to address the back yard swampland, meaning it required the rerouting of sprinklers, sump pump drainage, and gutters... all for about the same cost as the smaller patio I had previously agreed to. They transformed our unappealing mulch-covered backyard into a beautiful pet-friendly and enjoyable location for our whole family. As you can see from the pictures, they expertly modified the patio to a smaller size (not an easy job since itâ s stamped concrete), removed the mulch (that has been tracking into our townhouse), and replaced it with beautiful artificial grass with gravel underneath for drainage.
