I was later charged an additional $62 and warned I?d be sent to collections if it wasn?t paid by month?s end. The owner claimed that I ?led them to believe? my mother lived there and that the house wasn?t in bad shape. I was shocked that a cleaning company would judge a client for needing help with cleaning... I had already stated in the initial form that my mother was struggling with health problems and couldn?t keep up with the house. I paid the $312 to put the situation behind me, but I strongly suggest choosing a company that is transparent about pricing and communicates clearly.
